In addition CARTIAL D provided Vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol with a dosage of 500 U.I. per ml. Studies have been made about the relationship between Vitamin D and physical performance in adults, highlighting that low levels of Vitamin D are associated with reduced muscle strength.
