How to buy

On this website, it is possible to purchase as a private individual or directly from the company at preferential conditions: by purchasing on our site, in fact, a lower price compared to the list price will be applied to each product.

Purchases on the eidonsalus.eu website are only permitted after registration on the Site, according to the procedures outlined on the registration page, and are allowed for both Users who qualify as consumers and those who do not. For natural persons, purchases are permitted only if they are at least eighteen years of age, while for legal persons, registration by a natural person over the age of eighteen is required.

How to select products

To quickly view the products marketed by EIDON salus srl, simply select one of the categories in the main navigation menu located at the top of each page of the site. Within each category, the items will be presented, in some cases, in subcategories.
By clicking on the individual item, you will access a sheet that summarizes the characteristics of the selected product (description, composition, price, etc.).
Alternatively, you can directly access the “purchase” section in the main navigation menu of our site.

Shopping cart

To add a product to your shopping cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. Upon completion, a pop-up window will confirm that the item has been added to your cart. You can then continue shopping by selecting another product or proceed to checkout by clicking on the virtual “cart” located in the upper right corner of every page. Totals will be updated automatically and in real time. You can add or remove items from your cart at any time before placing your order.

Purchase

Once you have finished selecting your products, you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the green “View Cart” button that appears after adding items to your cart. Since purchases on eidonsalus.eu are reserved for registered users, you will be asked to enter your credentials to authenticate. If you are a new customer, you can register by filling out the registration form.
Once you have logged into your account, you can complete your order by selecting the shipping address, shipping method, and payment method.

Payment methods

On our website, you can pay through PayPal, Satispay, or Apple Pay. If you don’t have one of these accounts, you can also pay securely with your credit card or by bank transfer.

Electronic invoice for private consumers

In cases where the customer does not have a VAT number or certified email address (PEC), the company is required to provide a paper copy of the invoice or a PDF via email.
The Italian Revenue Agency’s provision of April 30, 2018 (prot. 89757/2018) states that:
“the supplier shall deliver to the final consumer a digital or paper copy of the electronic invoice, simultaneously informing them that the document is made available to them by the SDI in the reserved area of the Italian Revenue Agency’s website.”
Therefore, it is still possible to obtain the electronic invoice without a PEC digital address by accessing your personal Web area on the Italian Revenue Agency’s website.
