OSIDRA is a therapeutic system aimed at the nourishment and regeneration of the dermis and the effect it gives to the face or other parts of the body is absolutely natural. Moisturizing from the inside, OSIDRA tones the tissues and gives firmness and brightness to the skin; It acts in synergy with the work of the dermatologist, but also enhances the long-term effects and results of Aesthetic Medicine. This is the first product based on hyaluronic acid, using sublingual absorption, and is the result of sophisticated laboratory work, where, thanks to the development of advanced biotechnologies, it has been possible to give stability and fluidity to the union of two molecular weights of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid (one very low 40KDa and a very high 2 million Da).

The high molecular weight, not penetrating the tissues, superficially supports tissue integrity, attracts large quantities of water and promotes intensive hydration. The very low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, on the other hand, plays its role by binding to hyaladherins (the binding proteins found on fibroblasts) and also on macrophages and monocytes.10
In particular, an affinity with the CD44 receptor is clearly detected, allowing HA to carry out its biological activities, such as promoting tissue repair aimed at a “restitutio ad integrum” of the lining epithelial tissue, stimulating the production of beta-defensin, which blocks any infecting pathogens and activates cellular metabolism towards the production of new hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin.
This explains why OSIDRA hydrates directly from the inside: thanks to hydrolyzation, a technique through which the long chains of hyaluronic acid are broken down, the natural drug is completely absorbed sublingually with a demonstrated bioavailability of 100%; from the inside, consequently, it reaches directly where the organism needs it; in the skin, hair, vaginal mucous membranes (hydrating and toning them), in the eyes and other areas.
OSIDRA is recommended in cases of:
- skin blemishes caused by physiological aging;
- blemishes or pathologies caused by photo-aging, pollution, cigarette smoking or stress;
- prevention, reduction or slowing of dryness, blemishes, loss of tone and elasticity of the skin;
- prevention of the formation of wrinkles on the skin.
OSIDRA acts:

- promoting the complete “restitutio ad integrum” of tissue cytoarchitecture;

- favoring the regeneration and increase of the dermis (J. Necas et al. 2008);
- stimulating fibroblasts to produce new hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin.
