Payments
EIDON salus offers a wide range of secure payment options on its website:
Credit card or debit card
This payment method is completely secure as the transaction takes place on the STRIPE portal. Therefore, no credit card information will be handled by EIDON salus. At the time of payment, you will be redirected to the STRIPE platform, which will guide you securely through the process of entering your credit card details.
PayPal
By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your email address and password to log in to your account.
PayPal, an eBay company, allows you to send and receive online payments to and from any business or individual with an email address.
PayPal transactions are completely secure, as your personal information will be handled exclusively by PayPal’s servers.
EIDON salus srl will never have access to your credit card information.
Additionally, PayPal’s servers use a firewall and are not directly connected to the internet; therefore, your private information is only accessible by authorized computers.
The benefits offered are as follows:
- PayPal is a secure and faster payment method compared to checks and money orders;
- PayPal is a free service;
- PayPal allows you to pay faster and therefore receive the purchased products sooner;
- PayPal allows you to keep track of your online purchases.
Satispay
To make a payment, simply open your Satispay app, scan the QR code, confirm the payment, and wait for the transaction to be confirmed. Satispay payments are completely secure as the system does not use sensitive data. After the payment, the application closes, preventing third parties from accessing the funds.
Advanced bank transfer
Bank transfers can be made from any country within the Eurozone, starting from July 1st, 2003, at the cost of a domestic transfer. Please note that EIDON salus srl will only process your order after receiving notification of the bank transfer order from its credit institution. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, simply select the “BANK TRANSFER” payment option during the purchase process.
Please DO NOT make the bank transfer payment before receiving order confirmation via email from EIDON salus srl.
Only after this communication is it advisable to proceed with the bank transfer to the coordinates provided in the same email.
Once the payment has been made, you must send proof of the completed transfer, indicating the CRO number, via email (info@eidonsalus.eu) no later than 3 (three) working days from the order date. The ordered items will be shipped only upon actual crediting of the due amount to the current account held by EIDON salus srl and in any case within 7 (seven) working days from the date of contract acceptance. If these deadlines are exceeded, the order will be canceled.
The bank transfer reference must necessarily include the order number and the name and surname of the person who placed the order.
Klarna
Klarna is a payment method, managed by the Swedish company of the same name, that offers the possibility to split the amount of a purchase made in online and physical stores into three installments.
After agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale proposed by Klarna, you must associate a payment method in your name (i.e., a credit/debit or prepaid card belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, or American Express circuits).
Paying with Klarna is very simple: the procedure is identical to that used to pay with any debit or credit card.
Simply choose the product you want to buy and then select Klarna as the payment method (3 interest-free installments).
At this point, you must enter your debit or credit card details and pay as usual. Once the order is confirmed, the merchant will process the payment.
The amount of the first installment will be charged immediately, while the remaining installments will be charged every 30 days directly to your card.
The charge is automatic, but the platform will still inform the customer before each payment.
