The Subscriber is hereby informed that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The Data Subject may at any time exercise their rights, including the right to request the modification, integration, updating, confirmation or deletion of the stored data. These rights may be exercised by:

Purpose of the processing

The Data Subject is informed that the personal data will be processed for institutional purposes, related to or instrumental to the activities of EIDON salus Srl in fulfillment of:

  • legal obligations: of a civil, accounting (invoicing, bookkeeping and mandatory accounting records), tax and fiscal nature;

Privacy notice for newsletter subscription pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, EIDON salus Srl, with registered office in Milan (20124), via Saverio Mercadante, 10, as Data Controller, informs users of the website www.eidonsalus.eu of the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their provision.

Processing purposes

The data (such as the sender’s address and any other personal data entered in the registration form) provided voluntarily by the user will be used to send the newsletter as requested by the user. The data subject has the right to change their preferences at any time by sending an email to info@eidonsalus.eu.

Data retention period

In order to offer Klarna payment methods, we may transmit the user’s personal data, such as shipping address and order details, to Klarna at checkout.
