Shipments are made by express courier and processed immediately after receipt of the order and payment details. Products purchased are delivered throughout Italy within 24-72 hours of order processing.
If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will need to wait for the payment to be credited to the EIDON salus srl current account before the order can be processed.
Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and other special cases such as recipient absence, difficult-to-reach delivery locations, and other problems directly attributable to the courier and not dependent on EIDON salus srl are excluded from the calculation of delivery times.
In the case of delivery by express courier, the courier makes the first delivery without prior notice. If the customer is absent, the courier leaves a notice and attempts delivery again within the following 24 hours; if the customer is absent again, another notice is left and the customer is contacted by the courier for a third attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted by the Call Center to arrange the delivery details. If even the fourth attempt is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to EIDON salus srl, resulting in the cancellation of the order and the customer being charged for shipping costs.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.
The indicated delivery times are merely indicative and are not binding in any way.
Deliveries are made by the carrier to the street level (no delivery to the floor).

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the shipping document;
  • that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the delivering courier by writing “Goods inspection reserved” on the accompanying document and confirmed immediately by registered letter with return receipt to: EIDON salus srl via Saverio Mercadante, 10 – 20124 Milano – Italy.

Attention: if you accept the goods delivered by the courier without making the necessary reservations, you will not be able to claim for any shortages or damages due to transport from EIDON salus srl at a later date, but only from the courier.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that the following statement “Package intact, accepted subject to inspection” is not taken into consideration by the courier, who therefore does not accept claims; therefore, the inspection must be carried out at the time with the courier. Any hidden anomalies verified in the presence of the courier (e.g., thefts or shortages) must be reported in writing by registered letter with return receipt addressed to EIDON salus srl via Saverio Mercadante, 10 – 20124 Milano – Italy within seven working days. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be considered. For any declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Free shipping

When your order total exceeds €70.00, you will qualify for free shipping. This offer is valid for orders shipped to Italy only.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be €5.00 for orders up to €40.00. For orders between €40.00 and €70.00, the shipping cost will be €3.00. The shipping prices include packaging costs.

Damage or loss of goods during shipping

The Consumer shall not be held liable for any damage or loss during transportation. The Consumer may contact customer service to request a replacement within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the goods in question.
In case of theft or loss, EIDON salus srl undertakes to send a new product and, if the same is not available or out of stock, will propose an alternative product with equivalent characteristics. In any case, the Consumer has the right to refuse such a solution and request a credit note for the cost of the product itself.
