Terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase contract for any purchase made through the e-commerce website eidonsalus.eu (hereinafter the “Site”). The Site, owned by EIDON salus srl, with registered office at via Saverio Mercadante, 10 – Milan (MI) – Italy, tax code and VAT number 08777660963, company registration number 2048300 at the Milan Companies Register, is managed by EIDON salus srl.
EIDON salus srl is responsible for the sale of products through the eidonsalus.eu website. Purchases of products made through the Site involve EIDON salus srl as the seller (hereinafter the “Seller”), the individual who purchases one or more products (hereinafter the “Consumer”), and the Seller and Consumer (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”). Any communication from the Consumer related to and/or connected to this contract – including any reports, complaints, requests concerning the purchase and/or delivery of the products, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, etc. – must be sent to the Seller as indicated on the info and complaints page.
Each purchase is subject to the general terms and conditions of sale which are published on the Website at the time the contract is concluded as detailed below under the heading “Contract Completion“.
The Website is dedicated to both retail and wholesale sales. Therefore, the possibility of purchasing products on the Website is allowed for both individuals and legal entities. In any case, at the time of registration, information relating to a reference individual is always requested.
Simultaneously with the execution of the purchase order, the Consumer accepts that the confirmation of the information relating to the order placed and the general terms and conditions of the contract contained in this contract be sent to them via e-mail at the address declared during registration on the Site. The Seller reserves the right not to execute orders from subjects other than the “consumer” or that do not comply with its commercial policy.
In order to validly conclude this contract, the age of majority (18 years) and the legal capacity to act are required, which the Consumer declares to possess. Any expenses for the Internet connection to the Site, including telephone expenses, according to the rates applied by the operator selected by the Consumer, are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.
Product features and availability in different geographic areas
Each product is accompanied by an information page that illustrates its main features.
The images and descriptions on the Site reproduce the product features as accurately as possible. However, product colors may vary from the actual colors due to the settings of the computer systems or devices used by Users for viewing. Additionally, product images on the product page may differ in size or in relation to any accessory products. Such images should therefore be considered as indicative and subject to normal tolerances. For the purposes of the purchase contract, the description of the product contained in the order form submitted by the Consumer shall prevail.
Products are sold by the Seller with the characteristics described on the Website at the time the order is placed by the Consumer and in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale published on the Website at the time the order is transmitted, to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions. The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, at its own discretion, in compliance with applicable law. Products are offered under the general terms and conditions indicated on the Website at the time the order is placed, subject to availability. Prices and products for sale on the Website are subject to change without notice. Therefore, before submitting a purchase order pursuant to the following point “Contract Completion“, the Consumer is kindly requested to verify the final selling price. The Seller reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify the goods present on the Site or to modify their characteristics at any time and without any notice or obligation. The Seller reserves the right to make changes and improvements to any goods offered on the Site, without the obligation to make such changes to those already sold. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only.
This Site may be accessed by Users worldwide and the Site may contain references to goods that are not available or not for sale in the visitor’s country. Products on the Site or for sale are reserved for sale exclusively in the countries listed on the Site at the time of User registration.
Contract perfection
The Consumer’s purchase order is accepted by the Seller by sending the Consumer, at the email address provided by the Consumer to the Seller at the time of registration on the Site, an order confirmation email, which will include a link to the text of these general terms and conditions of sale, a summary of the order placed and a description of the characteristics of the product ordered. The Consumer’s order, the Seller’s order confirmation and the general terms and conditions of contract applicable to the relationship between the Parties will be electronically archived by the Seller in its IT systems and the Consumer may request a copy by sending an email to the Seller at info@eidonsalus.eu.
The contract is concluded when the Consumer receives the order confirmation from the Seller via email. Pursuant to applicable law, the order and order confirmation are deemed to have been received when the parties to whom they are addressed have the possibility of accessing them.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is governed by Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005. The right of withdrawal is available to Customers who do not purchase for commercial purposes or to benefit a professional activity. The right of withdrawal is valid for a natural person who purchases the product for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not indicate a VAT number in the order form. In the latter case, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product. The notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to EIDON salus srl via S. Mercadante, 10 – 20124 Milano – Italy.
The communication may be anticipated by email to info@eidonsalus.eu, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.
Attention: the right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who purchase using a VAT number.
Withdrawal procedure
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the entire product purchased; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
- the product must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt;
- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box. Avoid placing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging;
- all shipping costs for the return of the purchased product to EIDON salus will be entirely borne by the Customer;
- shipping, until the certificate of receipt at our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, EIDON salus will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a claim with the courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured). In this event, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
- EIDON salus is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of returned goods with uninsured shipment;
- upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original packaging and/or packaging is damaged, EIDON salus will retain a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10% of the amount due, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
Returns process
To return a product, the Customer must:
- send a registered letter to: EIDON salus srl via Saverio Mercadante, 10 – 20124 Milano – Italy;
- await confirmation from EIDON salus and then send the package.
When does the right of withdrawal expire?
The right of withdrawal shall lapse entirely due to a lack of the essential condition of the good’s integrity (packaging and/or its contents) in the following cases:
- partial use of the good and any consumables;
- absence of the original external and/or internal packaging;
- damage to the product caused by factors other than transportation;
- absence of integral elements of the product;
- in the aforementioned cases, the purchased item will be returned to the sender, who will be charged with shipping costs;
- customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Applicable law
The purchase contract between the Customer and EIDON salus srl is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a Consumer, the territorial jurisdiction 2 shall be that of the court of the municipality in which the Customer is resident; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction shall be exclusively that of Milan.
